Edith E. Lynn McCoy, OTD, OTR/L, CLT Occupational Therapist- Owner
Dr. Edith graduated from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences with a Doctorate in Occupational Therapy. She received a Bachelor’s in Health Science in Occupational Therapy with honors from the University of Florida. Prior to opening her private practice, she worked at the Gainesville VA Hospital and the University of Florida as an Adjunct Professor. She is a certified Lymphedema Therapist, Certified Head and Neck Cancer Therapist and certified in Vestibular Therapy from the American Institute of Balance.
She has extensive experience with orthopedics, hand injuries, cardio pulmonary, neuromuscular rehab, and home health care. Outside of running her practice, her family occupies most of her time. Edith loves to spend time with her 8 grandchildren. Her professional goal is to never stop learning and adding new ideas to the clinic.
Michelle Duenas, PT, DPT, ATC/LAT Physical Therapist
Michelle is a Florida native and has been in Flagler County for over 26 years. She graduated from the University of North Florida in 2013 with her Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training and from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2016. Michelle is certified in the Graston Technique, Concussion Rehabilitation, and Tai Chi for Rehabilitation.
Michelle is married with 2 daughters. She enjoys spending time with family and boating.
Bryan Mendes PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Bryan was born in Florida and has lived in Palm Coast for most of his life. He graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2014 with his B.S. in Health Sciences. Soon after graduating from UCF he attended Physical Therapist school at the University of St. Augustine for Health Science were he graduated with his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in December of 2016. Bryan enjoys everything about being a PT but his areas of interest are treating musculoskeletal and sports related injuries. He grew up playing and loving sports so this specific area of interest means a lot to him. In Bryan’s spare time he enjoys going to the gym, playing sports, relaxing by the pool or beach, playing with his dog, and spending time with friends and family
Nancy Bennett, Moses CCC-SLP
Nancy Moses-Bennett is an ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) certified speech-language pathologist.
She received her B.A. in Communication Disorders from St John’s University in New York in 1980. Nancy then went on to a M.A. from New York University in New York City in 1982. She has 40 years of experience in the field of a variety of geriatric and pediatric settings including; nursing homes, assisted living, outpatient rehab clinics, schools, and home care.
She is responsible for assessing and establishing treatment plans for children and adults with a wide variety of communication disorders.
Nadiya Reznichenko, PTA
Physical Therapist Assistant
Nadiya graduated from the Physical Therapy Assistant program at Daytona State College in 2015. Since then she has been working primarily in outpatient settings. She enjoys getting to know her patients and helping them achieve their rehab goals. In her free time, Nadiya loves spending time with her husband and two children, going on walks, nature trails, and the beach.
